30-Day Return Window
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your item is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To be accepted for return, items must be unused and kept in their original condition. Whenever possible, please include the original packaging when sending the item back. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt, is required for all return requests.
Some items may not be eligible for return due to health requirements, safety regulations, or specific product restrictions.
How Returns Are Handled
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide detailed return instructions.
In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. YajBakm™ will cover return shipping only when the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.
After we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to a mistake made by YajBakm™.
